🐾 Refund Policy – Bob’s Dogs

At Bob’s Dogs, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while also respecting our time and scheduling commitments. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our dog walking services.
🔁 Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Services (e.g., Regular Walks, One-Off Walks):

Full Refund: If you cancel a scheduled walk with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or no charge will be made.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund and may be charged at the full rate.
Prepaid Packages or Monthly Plans:

If you’ve purchased a package of walks or paid in advance for a month of services:

Unused walks may be refunded (prorated) if cancelled with 24+ hours' notice.

Partially used packages will be refunded based on the number of completed services at the standard single-walk rate.

No refunds are given for expired packages or unused walks outside the notice period.

🚫 Service Cancellations by Bob’s Dogs
If we must cancel a service due to:

Severe weather, staff illness, or unforeseen emergencies,
you will be offered either: -
A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the service at your convenience.
⚠️ No-Shows or Inaccessibility
If we arrive for a scheduled walk and are unable to access your dog (e.g., no key provided, locked gate, dog not home):

The session may be charged in full, as time has been reserved and travel incurred.
💳 How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
