Welcome to Bob’s Dogs. By using our website or booking our dog walking services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Service Agreement

By booking with Bob’s Dogs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your dog(s)

  • Ensure your dog is fit, healthy, and up-to-date with vaccinations

  • Notify us of any behavioural issues, allergies, or special needs

  • Provide necessary equipment (e.g., leash, harness, keys if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if we believe a dog poses a risk to safety or is unsuitable for group walks.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full charge

  • In case of emergency (e.g., illness or severe weather), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services

4. Payments

  • Payment is due on or before the day of service, unless otherwise agreed

  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However:

  • You accept all liability for any harm or damage caused by your dog to property, other animals, or people

  • Bob’s Dogs will not be liable for injuries, illness, or loss unless caused by our negligence

  • If a medical emergency arises, we will seek immediate veterinary attention at your expense and attempt to contact you as soon as possible

6. Dog Behaviour

Dogs must be:

  • Non-aggressive toward people and other animals

  • Socialised and comfortable in public areas

  • Leash-trained, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for off-lead walks in secure areas)

If your dog displays aggressive or dangerous behaviour, we may terminate services immediately.

7. Keys & Access

If you provide us with keys or access to your property:

  • Keys will be kept securely and only used for agreed purposes

  • You agree to inform us of any changes to access or security systems

  • We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage due to faulty locks, alarms, or inadequate security systems

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the Bob’s Dogs website or its content. All materials on the site (text, logos, images) are the property of Bob’s Dogs and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
